Before you shop:
To ask a question, register or login to our system first. It will make the turnaround time faster.
Choose your payment currency on the right top corner to save exchange spreads from your bank or PayPal.
Always check postal address to My Profile before confirming your order.
Adding contact number will help ensure the delivery in case you are not home/ in office.
When you shop:
Singapore Post and Posten Sweden offer one flat shipping fee no matter how many items you buy, so save shipping fee by adding a few more goods in one purchase.
Some items may have a 1-3 day lead time, which means goods are not in our warehouse or additional step (quality-checking, packaging) is needed before passing to logistics company.
After you shop:
Emails are sent when 1. payment is received, 2. the order is being processed and 3. the shipment is dispatched with tracking ID, please also visit My Orders page to check your order status.
Trace on the tracking website if the shipment is dispatched but takes longer than stated (e.g. around 14-20 days with Singapore Post).
Contact your local post office if the shipment is not received after 3-5 weeks from dispatch, message us via My Orders so we can also follow it up for you.
For incorrect/damaged/defective goods, contact us within 60 days via My Orders and describe the issue (with photo of the product and the packing list/invoice attached). Replacements are made within 1-5 working days after verification.
